由中华人民共和国商务部和浙江省人民政府主办的2008中国食品博览会，将于2008年11月7日-10日在宁波召开。
2008 China Food Expo, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, will be held in Ningbo from November 7 to 10.
宁波是长三角南翼重要的区域经济中心、航运中心、物流中心、对外贸易口岸；宁波经济发展迅猛，商业资源优越，GDP总量、财政收入名列15个副省级城市前茅，居民人均收入居全国第四，消费水平居全国第二；宁波地处浙江食品大省；食品及相关产业持续、快速、健康发展，食品市场购销两旺，市场网络四通八达；宁波还是国家首批十佳办展城市、优秀旅游城市、环保模范城市、文明卫生城市、历史文化名城。在各级领导高度重视下，宁波连续成功举办了2005、2006和2007中国食品博览会。
Ningbo, which is the significant regional economic center, shipping center, logistics center and foreign trade port of the south area of Yangtze River Delta, enjoys rapid economic development and advantageous commercial resources.  Its total GDP and financial revenue come out top among 15 vice-province cities; its per capita income of residents ranks 4th in the country; and its consumption level ranks 2nd in the country.  Ningbo is in Zhejiang – a province that has developed food industry.  Food industry and the relevant industries of Ningbo are enjoying lasting, rapid and healthy development; both purchase and sales markets of food are prosperous; and the market network is wide.  Ningbo also has the following titles: one of the first-batch top 10 cities of holding exhibitions of China, outstanding tourist city, model city for environmental protection, civilized and sanitary city and famous historical and cultural city.  With the high attention of leaders of various levels, Ningbo has successfully held 2005 China Food Expo, 2006 China Food Expo and 2007 China Food Expo.
2007中国食品博览会，荟萃中华美食，云集四海客商，倡导绿色安全，引领产业发展，结出了累累硕果，在规模档次、招商组团、参展人数、食品安全、品牌推介、经贸洽谈、成交金额、载体创新、高峰论坛、形象宣传等多个方面取得了新突破，实现了食博会在宁波的第三次新跨越，牢牢确立了中国食品行业第一展无以动摇的地位。据统计，2007食博会展出面积达到6万多平方米，国际标准展位达到2500多个，与会人数达到36万，其中参展参会客商10万余人，展会成交额72.7亿元，间接拉动住宿、餐饮、旅游、广告、交通、信息等服务业以及农业、农副产品加工产出达400亿元以上。
During 2007 China Food Expo, delicious food of China was gathered; merchants all over the country gathered; green and safety were advocated; and fruitful achievements were obtained.  New breakthroughs were obtained in terms of scale, class, investment invitation groups, number of persons participating in the expo, food safety, brand recommendation, economic and trade negotiation, business volume, carrier innovation, peak forum, image propaganda, etc., which makes the food expo realize the 3rd leap in Ningbo and firmly confirm its position of the 1st expo of China food industry.  According to the relevant statistics, the area of 2007 China Food Expo is above 60, 000 m2; the number of international standard booth is above 2, 500; the number of persons participating in the expo reaches 360, 000 (including above 100, 000 merchants); the business volume is 7.27 billion Yuan.  The output in service industry (such as accommodation, dining, tourism, advertisement, transportation, information, etc.), agriculture and agricultural and sideline products processing brought by the expo is above 40 billion Yuan.
2008中国食品博览会将通过展览展示、产销对接、经贸洽谈、技术交流、文化宣传等系列活动，全面展示改革开放三十年来我国食品及相关产业最新成果，充分展示现代科技创新发展水平，搭建互利共赢平台，促进国内外食品及相关企业的信息、贸易、技术合作交流，大力推介“绿色、安全、放心”食品品牌，推动我国食品安全与行业创新发展。大会组委会诚邀国内外客商参展参会！
2008 China Food Expo will fully exhibit the latest achievements of China’s food industry and the relevant industries since the reform and opening up to the outside world through a series of activities (such as exhibition, link between production and sales, economic and trade negotiation, technical communication, culture propaganda, etc.), sufficiently exhibiting the development level of scientific innovation, establishing a win-win platform of mutual benefits, promoting information, trade and technical cooperation and communication between domestic and foreign food enterprises and the relevant enterprises, largely promoting innovative development of China’s food safety and the industry.  The organization committee of the expo sincerely invites domestic and foreign merchants to come to the expo!

展位价格
Booth price
1、3m×3m国际标准展位：国内企业4800元/个，国外企业1250美元/个（双面开口加收10％）。
1. 3m×3m international standard booth: 4, 800 Yuan /booth (for domestic enterprises); 1, 250 US dollars/booth (for foreign enterprises) (10% will be additionally charged for double-side opening)
2、光地：500元/平方米（36平方米起租，不含特装管理费）,施工设计方案须提前二周交组委会审核，光地展位设计限高5米。
2. Raw space: 500 Yuan /m2 (the least area for lease is 36 m2, and installation management fee is not included).  Construction design scheme must be submitted to the organization committee for examination and approval 2 weeks in advance.  The maximal height for booth design in raw space shall be 5m.
3、展台配置：一张洽谈桌、两把椅子、3m×3m地毯、两盏射灯、一个电源插座（5A）、公司楣板（参展单位中文名称）和三面展板。
3. Exhibition stand provision: one negotiation table, two chairs, 3m×3m carpet, two spot lights, one receptacle (5A), company eyebrow board (Chinese name of the participation unit) and 3 exhibition boards.

参展要求
Requirements for Participating Exhibition
1、参展单位必须持有合法有效的营业执照、食品生产许可证、卫生许可证，并向组委会提供以上证照的复印件。
1. The participation units must have lawful and valid Business License, Food Production License and Hygiene License, and the duplicates of the above licenses shall be submitted to the organization committee.
2、向组委会提供详细的参展产品名录。
2. Detailed contents of products on exhibition shall be submitted to the organization committee.

参展程序
Exhibition Participation Procedure
1、申请单位认真填写《参展登记表》并加盖公章邮寄或传真至组委会办公室；
1. Application units shall carefully fill in the Registration Form for Exhibition Participation, and it shall be submitted to the organization committee office through mail or fax after it is affixed with official seal.
2、申请单位在展位签订一周内将参展费用汇至组委会指定账户，请将银行汇款底单传真到组委会办公室；
2. Application units shall make exhibition participation fees remitted to the account designated by the organization committee within 1 week after the booth is determined.  Please make remittance receipt faxed to the organization committee office.
3、展位分配原则：“先申请，先付款，先安排”；
3. Booth distribution principle: “first application, first payment and first arrangement”.
4、组委会在收到展位费后，将于一周后寄出经确认的展位图。
4. The organization committee will send confirmed floor-plan of the booth 7 days after the booth fee is received.

宁波国际会议展览中心，占地面积600余亩，建筑面积9万余平方米，主要由6个环绕型展馆组成，并配有会议楼及商务楼子项建筑，共8大建筑。
Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center, which has an occupation area of above approximately 40 acres and a building area of above 90, 000 m2, comprises 6 “ring type” exhibition halls.  There are total 8 buildings, including conference building and sub commercial buildings.
